Working with this company was extremely difficult and disheartening. They were not honest in their dealings. We planned a custom order of 1,000 units, but the further we progressed, the worse it became. Their communication grew rude and dismissive—replying instantly with repeated “OK, OK,” messages, even after I asked them to stop responding. When I involved Alibaba, they claimed their behavior followed company policy, using it as an excuse for disrespect. I later discovered that the sample case they sent was of much lower quality than what we agreed upon for production. None of this was disclosed, and when confronted, the company lied to cover their actions. i feel very fortunate I did not partner with this company further on a $50k US order. Imagine what would have happened AFTER they were paid: a nightmare? For example, they blamed the shipper for the poor quality of the sample case breakage seen in the pictures, not themselves. Glad only a few hundred dollars were lost. Disaster.

Before we send out ,we use the good protection way .the product is good before shipping .
Pls check the images .when we get the complaints from you ,we are explaining and find the solution in positive . Customer is God . For reply "Ok" ,it is the respond positively to each word the customer says ,Have a nice day
